Jaya Holdings Ltd

Jaya traces its origins to 1981 when three young friends came together to form a single-vessel owning company. From then, and through the eighties, Jaya grew to own and operate a fleet of tugs and barges.

The company has since evolved into a leading Offshore Energy Services Group, combining a sophisticated fleet of specialised offshore vessels and reputable modern shipyards to provide a wide range of services and solutions to the offshore oil and gas E&P domain.

In June 2014, the subsidiaries of Jaya Holdings were acquired by Australian listed company, Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd.
