Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment of seafarers for Tankers, Bulkers and Container ships

• Responsible for making plan of seafarer’s relief & re-joining

• Communicate with ship-owners and fleet Team for approval of seafarers in compliance owner’s requirement

• Train/Supervise MPO’s and provide general guidance to the team for day –to –day operational development

• Initiates steps that help in the assessment of and building in a highly motivated & competent seafarers

• Ensure Company policies and standards are maintained & strictly followed during recruitment process

• Track latest regulations for qualifications of officers and implementing changes as required

• Prepare /Monitor crew variance budget

• Handling day to day operations of the office

Requirement

Sailing experience in the rank Chief Engineer or Master

Min. 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in the Manning Function is desirable

Good spoken /written English is must
