Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director but with alignment to the Sales & Bid Management Director to consult on all aspects of marketing
Creating comprehensive and engaging marketing plans for all MENCK customer audiences and relationships
Leading the development and delivery of insight driven compelling customer propositions and offers
Realizing competitor analysis as well as market analysis and market observation
Interface and close collaboration between MENCK and ACTEON at all group company marketing activities (compliance and governance of the ACTEON Way of Marketing)
Working with Sales, Engineering, Service Technicians and QHSE to ensure marketing plans deliver financial goals
Lead management on creation, administration and controlling of the marketing budget
Coordination of all PR activities (f.i. briefing and coordination of PR agencies)
Enhancement and care of corporate image and brand (corporate identity as well as observing the compliance of corporate design)
Coordinating international marketing and sales campaigns
Supervision and adaption of web presence
Organizing and coordinating fairs, conferences etc. as well as taking part
Further tasks could be also part of your job if relevant from your education/professional experience and the use for MENCK

Profile:

Educated to degree level in a science business degree or similar practical education
Professional experience in a blue chip organisation
Experiences in the Oil & Gas market or a technical engineering industry would be favourable
Good knowledge in marketing of complex technical products respectively high technical interest
Customer and market strategist
B2B marketing experience (ATL and BTL) including events
PR and media experience
Distinctive organizational talent as well as high project management competencies
Deep commercial knowledge of key drivers of profit and turnover
Excellent relationship management experience
Creative thinker
Very good knowledge of Englisch and German
