Senior Project QA Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
Participate in project teams to identify all quality milestones for the project, related to contract, standards and other requirements Oversee and report the implementation of the mile stones as documented in the Project Quality Plan and QA Matrix.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Project Quality Plans and project specific QA matrix defining all quality gates (consisting of actions and documentation) as per Project Management documentation, procedures and other standards and requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with all project staff involved in the specific quality gates
- Keep track of the specified quality gates in the project planning
- Assess the actual status of the quality gates
- Periodically report on the status of the quality gates to the Project Manager and Project Status meeting
- Update details of the QA checklist with the experience gathered during follow up activities
- Conduct internal audits and sub-contractor audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor or University Degree (Technical)
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with QA in project plans
- Preferably experienced in the Maritime and/or Oil & Gas industry
- Lead Auditor experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Willing to travel (limited) if needed
