As HR Administrator you are responsible for the personnel and payroll administration of our Management Companies in the Netherlands. This includes pension administration, 30% ruling requests and follow-up of social-security matters. In addition, you coordinate HR reporting and Group-wide implementation of procedures, work instructions and HR tools. You may be assigned additional HRM-related projects, as required. The majority of your work will be conducted in English. In this position you report to the Head HRM.
To excel in this function, you have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and up-to-date knowledge of social and fiscal laws and regulations. You possess a minimum of three years’ experience in an independent HR and/or payroll role within an international environment and have solid knowledge of administrative processes. Proficiency in HR Dynamics is desirable. Good attention to detail and excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Dutch are essential.
