Job Description:
FPSG are presently working with a Global Training Company who are looking for an experienced Crane Instructor for their training centre in the UAE.
The Key responsibilities of the role would include:
• Conducting the course material within the company portfolio.
• Carry out course and product development
• Development customer specific training schedules
• Support the sales department with course information The successful candidate will be part of an innovative team constantly working on creating and delivering training programs in accordance with the requirements of the industry and will have the following experience:
• Practical experience from vessels/offshore units or from an onshore/offshore position
• Experience in working with multicultural groups
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Certified Crane operator or Deckpusher
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a desire to come onshore to 'raise the bar' in the industry through coaching others. A background in maritime offshore or offshore drilling is desirable and experience as a Crane Operator or Deckpusher would be an advantage. Knowledge and understanding from the offshore drilling industry and/or maritime industry is essential.
