KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution of all commercial contracts (spot and time charter voyages)

• Liaison with Vessel / Customers / Brokers / Vendors / Vessel Managers

• Procurement of Bunkers

• Procurement of services required for the execution of commercial contracts.

• Monitor and review vessels commercial performance.

• Supervise the Operations Coordinators

• Negotiation of cargo quality and quantity claims.

• Negotiation of freight, demurrage and charter hire disputes.

• Negotiation of Voyage Charter Party Contract Terms

• Negotiation of vendor contracts for services required for the safe and efficient execution of commercial fixtures.

• Other tasks as assigned by the Director.
