Impex Group of Companies is one of the fastest growing groups, which is consistently investing into the Multimodal Logistics & Transport Infrastructure in India. In the year 2002,the group made its maiden investment in the Customs Clearing Services and Cargo Consolidation by a humble start up with Welgrow Line (North India) Pvt. Ltd.

The Group’s business confidence has grown with customer satisfaction over the years. Thus, it was decided to venture into the Multimodal Logistics & International Freight Forwarding and gave birth to the second company, Impex Services India Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2013. Now the group is carrying out its International & Multimodal Logistics activities, Project & Over Dimension Cargo Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution under the banner of Impex Services India Pvt. Ltd.

It has always been our humble desire to carry our esteemed customers’ cargo in our own containers and transport equipments in the international waters. As a first step towards the NVO/Liner activities, the group founded its third company, Global Impex Line Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2016. Global Impex Line (GIL) is the brand under which the group carries out its NVOCC & Liner Agency Services
