• Monitor daily crew requirements of Crewing Officers and provide qualified applicants.
• Plans, develops, and implements recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate different activities of the recruitment team members.
• Place recruitment ads, track responses to ads and set up recruitment plans within budget.
• Responsible for the initial screening, and interview,
• Responsible for background checking of Accepted Applicants.
• Responsible for the benchmarking on other manning agencies regarding salaries, compensation and benefits.
• Supervises the maintenance and development of the Recruitment Database.
• Maintain and monitor reports of monthly list/status of applicants.
• Consolidation and timely submission of accurate statistical reports.
• Recommend improvements and investments within the respective department in an effort to improve services.
• Upholds the corporate culture and core values and serve as its role model.
• Supports all efforts in the implementation of the companys Quality Management System and Performance Management System.
