Kreuz Holdings Limited ("Kreuz") is an integrated subsea services provider to the offshore oil and gas industry. We started our operations in July 2008 with the establishment of Kreuz Subsea Pte. Ltd., as the offshore subsea services division of the Swiber Group. We were listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 29 July 2010 and successfully transferred our listing to the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 8 October 2012.

Our subsea services include:

• Subsea construction and installation solutions which support new offshore construction and installation projects;
• Inspection, Repair and Maintenance ("IRM") of existing offshore production and pipeline facilities.
