Company Description:

1. Aatash Norcontrol Ltd. is a Joint Venture between Kongsberg – Norway and Aatash – Indian Group of Company. We are into Vessel Traffic & Port Management System (VTPMS), which monitors the traffic of ships/vessels which are approaching to coastline and assist them for safe navigation.
2. Aatash Norcontrol has entered into Concession Agreement with the Government of Gujarat & Gujarat Maritime Board to design, finance, supply, install, commission, maintain and operate. This BOOT Contract is signed for 30 years where Government of India/Gujarat State Government have not spent a single rupee and today the complete system of VTPMS is in place which is not only regularising and guiding ship/vessel traffic, but is also useful to Coast Guard as well as Indian Navy for surveillance.
3. Aatash Norcontrol has a full-fledge VTS Operator Training Centre named as 'KONSBERG VTS TRAINING ACADEMY' in Ahmedabad. This is a first, one and only training centre in India that gives VTS Operator Training (V101/1), VTS Supervisor Training (V102/2) and VTS On-job Training (V103/3) as per IALA syllabus. The training is given on stimulator and on live VTS Console. The faculties are qualified Master Mariners.
4. Aatash Norcontrol has opened a branch in Abu Dhabi and has entered into Contract for 5 years with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company to provide VTMS Services to Ruwais and Das Ports.
5. Aatash Norcontrol has entered in contract with Directorate General of Lighthouses & Lightships (DGLL) and Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) for providing qualified VTS Operators, Supervisors and Managers for Gulf of Kutch VTMS. The Company has also entered in to contract with Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) to provide manpower for Operation & Maintenance of Mormugao VTMS. The Company has also been awarded a manning contract of Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd. VTS at Vadinar in Jamnagar District, Gujarat.
