• Conduct on-board training to ensure proper implementation of company SMS and directives

Experience Requirements:

• Sailing experience as Master or Chief Engineer, preferably on Oil/Chemical Tankers
• Training experience (on-board or shore) is desirable but not mandatory

Key Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of maritime legislation and training needs
• Understanding of adult learning theory, evaluation techniques, and key maritime regulations (STCW, MLC)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of PAL software system is preferred
