- Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Open to candidates with no prior shore experience, but who demonstrate a keen interest in Manning & Crew Training.
- Sailing experience as Master on Bulk Carriers.
- Personal initiative to train and motivate ship staff.
- Should be willing to travel for external ship visits.
- Age below 45 years.
