Operation Manager – Shipping

Vetting of the Stowage Plan and guiding the vessel operator.
Review of SOF and suggest suitable remarks before finalisation to the vessel operator.
Monitoring vessel performance, stoppages, delays, and voyage analysis.
Cargo Operation / Port Turn time monitoring, attending critical operational matters and advising the post-fixture team as required.
Attend the vessel as port captain as and when required
Process documents and prepare commercial and operational circulars after any incident for knowledge sharing.
Final closure of the voyage financials, which includes FDA settlement, FHS, BOE, etc.
